Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics, and intimate apparel cannot be returned.

  Submit Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a store credit or an exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our Brisbane warehouse using your preferred tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or shipment of exchange items within 3-5 business days.
